Information Collected and Used
We keep details of your name, address, company, email and telephone number. Evique Foam Ltd will not provide your personal information to any third parties unless we have your express permission in writing. We will store your information on file unless you ask us to remove it by writing to our address. Evique Foam processes candidate data that has been provided by the candidate direct or via a contact, be it a friend or professional referee, in response to a vacancy. The company only asks for and collects the information necessary for their legitimate interests. Evique Foam keep this data whilst they have meaningful contact with the candidate, including written and verbal communication. If there has been no meaningful contact for two years the company will securely delete all that candidate’s information.
Data Protection
To the extent that any data protection, privacy or similar laws (“Data Protection Laws”) apply to this Agreement, Evique Foam agrees to be bound by, and comply with, the provisions of such laws.

Communications from Us
