Reflex Foam
Designed for use in seating and bedding mattresses because of it’s excellent comfort and durability properties. Cut to all UK mattress sizes.
V Grade Foams
Combustion modified Polyether Foam. Can be white/yellow and is Medium density foam used in different types mattresses and furniture. Can cut to any size to UK standard mattress sizes.
Memory Foam
This provides remarkable support and comfort. Once pressure is removed, memory foam will bounce back very slowly and over time will remember your body shape and optimal sleeping position, hence the name ‘memory’.
Memory foam, also known as visco-elastic foam, was first designed by NASA in the mid-1960s. Made from polyurethane, memory foam was developed to counteract the extreme pressure astronauts faced when exiting and entering the Earth’s atmosphere. The potential to use memory foam in other products was soon discovered, and is now used in mattresses, pillows and mattress topper. Memory foam mattresses are a popular choice for our customers due to the benefits they provide. We can cut any size to any UK size mattress.
Geltex
Gel foam is a viscoelastic foam mixed with gel beads that provide extra support and help to reduce heat build-up. Gel foam is designed to satisfy the desire for ultimate comfort and rival the popularity of memory foam.There are many different types of gel foam, the most popular being Geltex used by major brands in the UK today.
Natural Latex
Latex in its natural form comes from the sap of a rubber tree and its potential was discovered in the early 1900s. Latex pioneered the revolution of latex by creating a range different type using purely of latex foam to offer incredible comfort and pressure relief.
Because latex is a natural product, some latex mattresses are often combined with other natural fillings to create the perfect natural mattress. A latex mattress provides a natural, hypoallergenic and pressure-relieving sleep surface. We cut full blocks cut to size for all UK standard mattresses.
Blue Hard Foam
One of our more popular options is Blue Base foam. As a durable foam, Blue Base foam is a supportive and cushioning solution made with a higher density than other types of foam. Toward the firmer end of the foam spectrum, Blue Base foam is known for providing excellent quality with a high degree of support for applications with moderate, everyday use. Actively used seating cushions, benches, and high-grade bedding are produced with Blue Base as are recreational products like gardening, kneeling and camping pads for customers wanting superior quality and firmness.

White Hard Foam
For widely used in mattresses to give the best support in mattresses, mostly used as a base then use memory foam on top to give extra comfort support. Can cut to any size.
