Responsibilities of Office Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Person to join Evique.

Evique is a centre of excellence foam manufacturer and mattress in a box manufacturer.

Based in Horbary, near Wakefield, West Yorkshire, we have been serving our clients for many years.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will help develop both existing accounts as well as new sales opportunities in all mattresses and foam market sectors across United Kingdom & Ireland. And the EU.

The Role

The primary task is to promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach in order to increase sales in line with annual budgets.

The role will include securing sales of both existing product and preparation of quotations and proposals for new products.

With most of our customers spread across Enhalnd, you will be required to ensure that face to face meetings are planned and executed on a regular basis. When not visiting customers, time will be spent planning and making appointments, following up on previous visits, carrying out market research to locate and qualify new prospects and completing sales analysis and reporting.

Accounts assistant

Required to work in a busy office, this is a varied role and the ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to think on their feet.

Duties will include: –

– Completing duties assigned by the financial controller

– Handling queries

– Working with invoices

– Batching high volumes of invoices

– Processing purchase orders

– Scrutinizing the purchase ledger system

– Networking with suppliers

– Processing payments runs

– Main point of contact for supplier queries

– Answering telephones
