Below you’ll find a few questions most frequently asked by our customers. If you have a question which is not listed, please do Contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Do you offer an installation/assembly service?

Unfortunately, no. We are not a high street store – we manufacture the products which then go straight onto our Lorries and are delivered to your shop warehouses. This is how we can keep our costs down, not only for us but for you as well. 

Do you only supply contract furniture?

No, we can supply domestic as well as contract beds and furniture. But for domestic items.

Can you custom-make mattresses to any size?

Definitely, this is something that most interior designers ask for and it’s something we can do for anyone. Just call the sales line to discuss your specifications and we can give you a quote for the bespoke build. 

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Of course, we deal with everyone from the small B&B owner to the large hotel chains who order in their thousands. We are always up for deals if you are buying in bulk, just call one of our sales team and they will be happy to negotiate with you.

Have you been in the industry long?

Our staffs have over many years’ experience in the mattress industry, and that’s not just sitting at the end of a phone! Some of our sales staff has experience right from working on the factory floor – so you can be sure if good advice service AND prices.  

What are your opening hours?

Do you have a store/showroom?

Evique is manufacturer only, and unfortunately, we do not have a showroom. However, contact us and we can point you to the right direction of your nearest retailer which has most of our products in the retailer stores.

I am a retailer and would like to open an account with Evique Foam?

You will have to register for an account with us by filling in Registration Foam, we normally review this and if all the details are correct and you are a retailer or trader, we will process this within 3 – 5 working days.

I am a retailer, I can’t log in to my account and having problems ordering from the online portal?

Contact your sales manager who will be your main point of contact who will look after and look over your account. or you can email us on info@evique.co.uk any time.
